Add shapes in Microsoft Word
Now pressing ALT while drawing will toggle off both the ' snap to objects ' and ' snap to grid ' behaviours. The downside is that now whenever ALT is not pressed objects will be snapped to the grid, which may also be annoying. Again the level of annoyance might be reduced by specifying the smallest possible grid spacing. Yes, I am creating these lines within Word 2010 and when I uncheck Snap to grid, I can fine tune my line angle. However, i want a perfectly vertical line. How can I take the line that is obviously slanted and make it perfectly vertical.
